You probably have already noticed that there is an abundance of information out there on the Internet that has been based on opinion and not physical fact. The Internet is all about information overload and it is hard to distinguish what is true and what is not. I too, have become annoyed with different sources of information that contradicts another. I have pulled together as much information about the subject as I could to learn to modify my own guitars. Much of the information within was put together long before this web site was conceived.

If you are like me you have made the quest for ultimate guitar tone your passion. You could literally spend a lifetime tinkering with all of the countless options. My education and background gave me the skills to work with the electronics of the guitar for the benefit of making it sound better, and to be more versatile. As complicated as some information can get I still like to explain it in a way that everyone can understand. Whether you are advanced in the subject, new and are just trying to figure things out, you will find this information useful for your own guitar projects.
